Hell yes. I remember your doc and it made the point that was needed. He was 100% unethical pretending to be a friend to that guy, who was clearly vulnerable.

Maybe he was within legal bounds but it was still gross. Whatever nudges that guy toward responsibility is good.

A piece of context I was hoping you would give in your response was what the weight and significance of his license being reprimanded is. I don't know if it's understood to be a slap on the wrist, or if it's a moderate to sever professional embarrassment that will likely affect his business.

I'm not sure he practices much actual medicine at this point, but it may affect his relationship with Twitch or other sponsors and platforms. I mean, it ain't good.

I dont see this as good news. It probably means they did see your document but they appear to not have come to the conclusion that he should have his license taken away. I dont see this as a victory for ethics at all.

I'm disappointed as well, but I think this serves as a stern warning to him and anyone other doctors thinking of making similar content. It's a good outcome.
