I have been banned from... Vimeo?
After several years of me paying Vimeo $400/year for hosting, they’ve suddenly banned me.
Since Dr. K’s license was reprimanded as a result of my report, my Vimeo account had seen increased traffic from people viewing my documentary about him, “Reckless.”
Perhaps the increased cost of hosting my content brought additional scrutiny to my account, or maybe my account was flagged, but either way, they’ve made it clear I am not going to be reinstated. So my website and the supporter streams are going to be non-functional until I find an alternative host.
The single offending video was a 2018 video (originally on YouTube) called “Transgenderism Scares Me.” Here it is.
Damn, that sucks man. There's something about your content that hits deep for people at the edges of society, many of whom are unheard, hurt and vulnerable. They respond in many ways. Some want to give you exorbitant amounts of money, and some react in extreme defensive fear. Ultimately, it's these media sites that are broken in that they can't handle this type of response. It just sucks all around...
Just so you know, you have my continued support. I hate that this happened.
