Men created the entire civilization, including any future tech that might replace them.
At first I though it's a parody
Then I realized by the sound of your voice that you are just retarded and low IQ.
Women wanting to be left alone lmao. I am starting to think you've never actually interacted with a real woman, have you?
They are all subhuman snakes, who throughout the history has done nothing but be leeches, manipulants and parasites on every creation and everything else men have created.
They can all fuck off to sahara and create their own civilization.
LEAVE MEN ALONE ALREADY.
WHY ARE YOU SUCKING OUR TAXES AND LABOR YOU PARASITES?
I like this a lot. Possibly it's easy for me to like because I am in many ways very cushioned from this, whether it's actually happening or not. What I mean is that I have a lot of things in my life currently that kind of props up my sense of usefulness as a man. Adult kids that rely on me as a father, a job where I'm appreciated as a man that doesn't show immediate signs of going away, sexual partners and so on. I'm thinking that i don't really care if men are useless, I'm thinking that I don't really need to BE useful. But maybe that's just coming from a subconscious delusion that i will stay useful. I don't know.
There are some things that speak against the argument of inevitability though. This idea that just because technology allows something to happen, it will. There are a lot of examples of this not happening, plenty of things that technically could and should already have happened, but doesn't. There should be clean energy for everyone by now, not happening. No one should starve, not happening. Our lifespans should be significantly increased, not happening. And so on.
Of course, a lot is changing already with AI. A lot has changed with other technologies. But there are so many examples of stagnation when it comes to the actual societal and daily life impact of many technologies. I grew up without computers and cellphones, got my first of both in my 20s. Now that was an enormous change obviously, suddenly everyone is always reachable. Suddenly I can edit my movies at home and so on. But then...things tapered off I feel. Yes there is gradual improvement but the role of computers and phones in our lives are basically the same as 20 years ago.
I think you need more than the technology itself to have a truly paradigmatic shift, and even though I think AI technology has this potential, I'm not sure the other pieces are in place. I'm not sure general access to it will be granted, I'm not sure financial incentives will be there to replace ordinary labour. There are a lot of humans. Most are poor and desperate, their labour is very cheap and the rich class very much enjoys the exploitation in and of itself. I think they are very afraid of a poor majority with nothing to do, and they have the political power to prevent that scenario.
There is another aspect too, which is war and civil unrest. Trump is dismantling american democracy in a world that is already mostly autocratic. Here in Europe we are going through a similar surrender to right wing populism. We have an actual full scale war between Russia and Europe though the proxy of Ukraine. In other words, we are not heading towards peaceful times where the focus can be on everyday implementation of new technology and luxury. On the contrary even here in Sweden we are suddenly preparing for war and reintroducing mandatory military service and so on. This may not be a very nice form of usefulness, but it is escalating and it is primarily asking for men to fulfill it.
I actually hope you're right. Because an "inevitable" high tech society where we don't really have to do anything is necessarily a somewhat peaceful and stable society. It also a society where this technology is granted to everyone to a sufficient degree that this uselessness can manifest. (It could still be autocratic of course, still be dystopic in many ways)
Thank you for making these again. I prefer traditional videos over streaming.
That being said, I think you're making a common mistake when trying to predict the future: you confuse what you want to happen — with what is actually going to happen.
Truth is, no-one can prognosticate the future reliably, especially when it comes to big, overarching, tectonic societal changes. We're dealing with humans, unpredictable by nature; futurology is not a science.
This — in my opinion, is made more apparent by the vitriol you very clearly have for men, which is very likely clouding your vision of future societies (this same thing happens with redpillers, MGTOW, etc., they make wild claims about 'how society is going to look like' or 'how society has to change' which are obviously nonsense). It's part of a fantasy defense, you (rightfully) are resentful towards man-kind for the transgressions they've made against women (they've spent 10 thousand years as slaves), and you need to confabulate this strange Utopia where men are never going to rape or have sex with women ever again, where men will sit idly by, while machines and other automation tools take care of our every need and people are happily sedated.
Not a very realistic scenario. Were such a society ever come to fruition, it would quickly crumble; human beings seek to solve problems, and if there are none they are bound to create them.
I hope that no one (men in particular) that watches this video takes any sort of life advice from this. It's in your best interest to keep busy and to be of utility to society, for however long the current status quo may last.
Well, most of evolution has been a bloodthirsty competition to satiate our primal desires. Technology has done a lot to simplify that, and in theory there comes a time where men and women truly don't need each other at all - all of their individual survival and hedonistic needs will be fully satiable by technological substitutes. And then we go extinct!
Which is always the amusing irony to me personally - that for all our celebration of progress, of values and ideals and morals, it actually seems that our ascent out of the savage jungle can only culminate in our end. Or at least it becomes like threading the camel through the needle.
And so nature's balance will be restored, and it will go back to raping and devouring itself unto the end of time, say amen and hallelujah! And maybe that's the way of God the almighty - perhaps he is the ultimate masochist, and who knows, he may not even have a choice in the matter!
I'm being poetic of course, but I do ponder that sometimes - is consciousness actually trapped within existence, with no way out, doomed to arise over and over and over?
Sounds like a person who has no understanding of military, policing, and self protection. Also, the robot argument can be made for women jobs as well. I don't see how it applies. This is an extremely luxurious viewpoint from someone who has only known an extremely safe place/time to live in, which came about from the successes of very strong men.
Nobody wants to work. Because women don’t feel a need to amass power for sexual access to men, they don’t want to amass power. Women don’t want men to lose their jobs.
This system is WHY women fantasize about rape. Women haven’t had a true sexual awakening.
doesn’t this completely ignore women with careers? What about one of the biggest AI deniers on YouTube being a woman? I guess her motivation for self sufficiency with her big scientists brain is so she doesn’t need men … Still though, you’re glossing over it
Never hit Shalen consciously*
And how are women useful?

You realize by your framing men also created the conditions which have rendered sub-Saharan Africa so perpetually poor, yes?
Anyway, who we've chosen to valorize is one thing, who did the work needed to raise and maintain civilization is far more diffuse.
Jesus.

I can't believe mrgirlsplaining is back. I used to pray for times like this.

Ayyy it’s a return to short form video content. I waited years for this.
missed these

Do you agree that the underlying premise of this video is that women don’t want to have sex with men because all sex with men is rape?
He once said that "All sex is about rape" in a Jstlk stream. I think he would agree.
I agree that all sex is about rape, but that doesn’t make all sex rape.
I don't know what the difference is, honestly. Hope you call in on the hotline.
Are you sure it isn't your mother talking?

who is that?
Angela Collier, she has a video “AI Doesn’t Exist”
i like her i agree with her actually
